Fairy Godmother
With a planning package, you can expect:
Personalized Consultation: From the moment you choose our package, we’ll dedicate time to deeply understand your goals and vision. With a minimum of 8 months of planning time, we’ll have ample opportunity to explore every aspect of your event, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Custom Style Board Creation: Based on our in-depth conversations, I’ll create a personalized style board that captures the essence of your vision. This visual tool will guide our planning process and ensure that every element of your event reflects your unique style.
Vendor Sourcing and Coordination: I’ll leverage my expertise to find and recommend the best vendors suited to your needs. Whether you need help with finding a caterer, florist, photographer, or any other service, I’ll assist in securing top-quality vendors to bring your vision to life.
Ongoing Communication: Throughout the planning process, I’ll be readily available for phone calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person consultations. This includes meetings with vendors and site visits to ensure that everything is on track.
Day-of Coordination: On the day of your event, my dedicated coordination team will be on-site to manage every detail. We’ll handle the logistics, oversee vendor setups, and ensure that everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your special day without stress.
Wedding Rehearsal: All wedding packages require a wedding rehearsal with me, so I can be sure to get you and yours down the aisle smoothly!
Guardian Angel
An event coordination package is ideal for clients who have already done majority of the planning themselves but need expert support to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Here’s what you can expect:
Vendor Familiarization: I’ll take the time to familiarize myself with all of your chosen vendors. This ensures that I understand their roles and can facilitate smooth interactions and coordination on the day of your event. I’ll act as your primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any issues that arise.
Comprehensive Timeline Creation: We’ll develop a detailed timeline of the day’s events, outlining every key moment and transition. This timeline will serve as a roadmap to ensure that everything proceeds according to plan.
On-Site Coordination: On the day of your event, I’ll arrive on-site with a dedicated team ready to execute our plans. We’ll oversee the setup, manage vendor activities, and handle any last-minute adjustments, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
